Paul Kerenga Ansphill, a son of the Tsenglap who hails from the Baimankanem Tambimkanem Clan. Paul Ansphill is from Tolu Village and he was a provincial politician.

Paul Ansphill contested the Western Highlands Provincial Government Elections in 1994, and won for the Banz constituency. After winning the Banz Constituency, he entered the Western Highlands Provincial Government and became the Provincial Opposition Leader. During his short term as the Opposition Spokesman, he was vocal about issues affecting the Jiwaka people. The term of this provincial government was short lived as in 1995, the Papua New Guinea National Government abolished the Provincial Government System.

After the abolishment of the Provincial Government, Paul Ansphill was instrumental in setting up the Jiwaka Waal Daam Association, a rural based anti-corruption group. Paul Ansphill was the President of the Jiwaka Waal Daam Association and he also contested for the North Wahgi Open Seat in the 2002 National General Elections.

Paul Ansphill today is a Born-Again Spirit-Filled believer. Paul and his current wives Grace and Julie, are all born-again believers and they live happily a new live in the Lord. Paul Ansphill is a strong advocate of Honesty, Justice and Fairness, and he is still serves as President of Jiwaka Waal Daam Association.
