PNG National General Elections
The 2012 PNG National General Elections is coming up and we urge all Tsenglap people and all Jiwaka people in our Electorates to vote wisely. Vote for the future of your children and your children's children. Do not think about today's daily apetite. If you think about today, your children's future will be at stake.
The Tsenglap and people of Jiwaka should understand that Political Power is a very big power. If you make a wise decision today and vote for the right candidate, your own wise decision can benefit you in the long run. If you think about money and sell yourself to the wrong candidate, and vote for the wrong candidate, you are the one who will suffer in the end.
People who are getting money from the wrong candidates, this is a warning, you are simply digging your own grave, you will fall into it yourself. Make the right decision, stand your ground and vote for the right person. The Bible [Galatians 6:10] says you know the right thing do do but if you don't do it, this is sin.
From your own consciousness, you know that a certain candidate has the academic qualifications and experience to become a good leader, but if you do not vote for him, you are committing sin. You can defend yourself and say, this is your democratic right to vote for whom ever you want.
From a Biblical perspective, the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:23, You are free to do anything but not everything will help you to become a good Christian. So on that note, you can say it is your constitutional right to vote for anybody, but not every Tom, Dick and Harry, will bring you the Government Services and Development to our area, as witnessed over the past years.
People of Jiwaka, You have a new Province now. We have a big task ahead to build this Province up. Every Men, Women and Children (over 18) must now make this happen.
